SPRAT
Salmonella Predictive Risk Assessment Tool
SPRAT (Salmonella Predictive Risk Assessment Tool) is an interactive tool for surveillance of the top food animal-associated Salmonella serovars using publicly available sequence data from USDA-FSIS and CDC. SPRAT allows for visualizing the genomic landscape of each serovar, identification of emerging clusters of interest, and comparison of traits of interest including antimicrobial resistance and virulence.
